Our Commitment:

We are committed to achieving a truly world class garment for our clients. Everybody is unique and must undergo due process to ensure a fantastic fit and finish.  With this in mind, each person's experience is different, some may require multiple fittings. If our initial fit does not meet these standards, we will make whatever alterations necessary to achieve a final product you are satisfied with. Should a garment be unalterable to achieve the desired fit, we will happily remake it.

Initial alterations are included within 30 days from the date you are notified of your order’s arrival. This includes alterations and reorders on any fitting issues that are not due to a client’s drastic change in physical form and not due to change of fit preference or style. Over time, body changes can affect your custom order fit, so acting within the 30-day period helps us provide the best possible experience.

Please note that any design elements or fabric chosen during design appointments are final. There is a small window during production that some options may be changed but we can not guarantee them. Limatus Bespoke does not offer refunds or reorders due to the dislike of any custom options chosen by the client. This includes but is not limited to lapels, pockets, closure styles or any threading accents.

Return clients: It is important to try on your existing Limatus items prior to any new orders to ensure your custom pattern is still a proper fit. If you are unsure, it is always best to bring your most recent items to your design appointment. Limatus Bespoke is not responsible for any alterations or reorders on an existing pattern order due to fit issues that were not communicated during the new design appointment. Creating a new pattern is always best if your existing items are no longer a proper fit.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of custom made products, cancellation of your order is only possible prior to the physical cutting of materials for your order. Once the process of creating your unique garment has begun, cancellation for refund is not possible.

Return Policy:

With the inherent features of creating truly custom clothing, each and every garment we produce is made to fit only you. With that in mind, we cannot accept returns. If you are experiencing an issue with your fit or a quality issue, we are happy to accommodate your needs to make sure we achieve a fit to your satisfaction as determined reasonable by the discretion of your designer.
