Associate Designer
Rate: Commission
Limatus Bespoke is hiring a full-time position for an "Associate Designer" to work 40 hours per week. Hours include times between 9:30 - 6:30 Monday through Saturday. Limatus Bespoke observes Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
An Associate Designer is responsible helping clients design their clothing and accessories and ensuring proper fit. Limatus Bespoke offers a streamlined software program to assist our designers when designing clothing. Training will be provided. Associate Designers must also be ready or answer customer questions about the products and services Limatus Bespoke offers. Other responsibilities include quality control checks of products, steaming garments, organizing, and assisting the director of operations and other designers with tasks.
Customer service is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
Responsibilities include:

Executing design appointments with clients where you will use software to build clothing, shoes, and bags.

Assisting customers with purchasing items and processing returns.

Scheduling and conducting sales appointments.

Listening to customer clothing and tailoring needs and implementing those needs when designing.

Provide styling and design consultations.

Performing fittings of clothing and measuring clients for made-to-measure clothing.

Recommend merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences.

Assisting with opening and closing procedures.

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement, and providing outstanding customer service.

Directing customers to merchandise and services within the store that would best suit their needs.

Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Increasing in store sales and cross-selling products.

Superior product knowledge.

Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

Accurate and consistent order entry and processing.
Requirements:

The ability to squat down (or modification) to perform precise body tailoring measurements.

Prior sales experience preferred.

Internship
Rate: Starting at $10/hr
Limatus Bespoke is offering a paid internship to work between 16-20 hours per week for 3 or 4 days per week. Hours include times between 11:00 - 7:00 Monday through Saturday. Course credit available. The position includes an opportunity to advance as a Designer at Limatus Bespoke.
The intern is responsible for dealing with customer questions about the products and services Limatus Bespoke offers. Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays. Other responsibilities include quality control checks of products, steaming garments, organizing, delivering alterations, and assisting the showroom director and designers with tasks.
